PLEASE BE AT THE HYDRASPA’S RECEPTION 15’ MINUTES BEFORE YOUR TREATMENT STARTS

We offer you a personal counter slot with bath towel, bath robe and slippers (if you want, you can bring your personal linen).
For your safety and comfort we suggest you to leave your personal belongings to your room. We do no accept any responsibility for lost or destroyed items.
For health reasons you should take a shower before massage treatments, use of sauna or steam bath or Jacuzzi.
Before your treatment, you will be asked to fill a medical record. If you are diagnosed with a matter of health please report it to the therapists and they will find out the best for you.
During a treatment please inform your therapist if you feel well or no, if the massage pressure is smooth or heavy, if you feel too much hot or cold.
Your comfort and care are our priority.
Hydraspa facilities can be used by 16 years old and up customers. For younger ages, signed parent/s license is needed and/or parent/s visual appearance. There is no charge from age 0-5. From age 6-16 the charge is 50% discount.
Please understand that any delay in your appointment will limit the duration of your treatment in order to avoid delays in the treatments of the rest of our guests. In case of cancellation of the appointment, without timely notification (at least 12 hours in advance), there will be a 50% charge, directly to a room charge.
Mobile phones must turn to silence mode during your visit, so not to disturb the serenity of the place.
Hydraspa it is a place where smoking and alcohol are prohibited.
Due to government measures, it is necessary to arrive at the venue, upon presentation of a certificate of disease, vaccination or rapid test of 48 hours.
The use of the gym is made exclusively by appointment, in compliance with the current measures and Hydraspa has the right to refuse to use the gym, in an appointment that requires peace in the area.
